Hi does anyone else get problems when they try to order on web site!! ive tried to order 10 james bond dvd`s on the BOGOF scheme and then use my firework5 voucher code but it did not take discount off, so they cancelled order and told to try again, 2nd attempt failed so customer services tried and failed, then told to put order back on myself the  ring customer services who will refund value of voucher against order...........but this time instead of giving me BOGOF it charged for all of them and still did not take off voucher ARGHHHHH.
