When we first start writing stories in school we are told to write a beginning, middle and end. This book seems to have ignored that lesson entirely. The beginning is fine, the middle entertaining, funny, captivating etc but where is the ending?
The conclusion makes the book feel as though we have just been rambling through the lives of these 3 women. It takes the story element out of it. We havent been reading a story about an interesting time in their lives, we have just been watching them go about their day to day tasks.
If you enjoy endings that dont tie things up or leave the reader feeling suitable happy and satisfied then this is a good read but if your expecting a good ending, youll be dissapointed!
