Time for bed Henry!
As an ardent fan of Horrid Henry it has been necessary to provide my son with each and every volume produced, but since "The Football Fiend" Henry stories are starting to become rather lackluster. Unfortunately 'Horrid Henry Robs the Bank' is a very disappointing read. Some of the stories seem to end in 'mid air' and they lack the wit and pace you come to expect. I suspect that even with Miranda Richardson reading the stories it will be a struggle to inject any sparkle. It's starting to feel like Henry has had his day and perhaps it really is 'time for bed'!
