5-star review
Dr Seuss books have been going strong now for 50 years and it's easy to see why! The Cat in the Hat wreaks impossibly crazy havoc upon the home of two youngsters, sinking ships in cakes and using a small army of his 'little cats' to 'tidy' up with. As well as being an abolute joy read out loud and inimtable illustrations, the surreal humour is enough to keep adults amused too - which as a god job as kids from 2 to 6 will want it read over and over! An absolute classic that every child and parent should share.
