Terrible service from Borders online!
Showing in stock, yet it never gets sent.
I emailed customer service to ask what is going on and if it will be sent to me in time for Christmas and.. NO REPLY.
I will NOT shop with borders again, overpriced and terrible online.
I am off to cancel my order and close my account.
Stick with Play.com, even amazon is better than this.
First time and last time.

No problems

Not my experience at all, haven't had a problem with any of my orders. Have had bad experiences with most on-line retailers at some point, including Amazon, Play, Smiths, Waterstones, so don't think any of them get it right 100% of the time.

Borders online service

I have to agree with other reviewer I also ordered and it stated in stock but never received any notification that it had arrived in store so after spending 20mins on the phone trying to get through I was advised that they'd had problems with the stock they had and it wouldn't be delivered till a few weeks into the new year. I was told that I wouldn't be told via email of this delay and they would wait till I contacted them.
Then I went to the local Borders store to find the book sat on the shelf at a cheaper price!
