George Michael has revealed that he will be releasing a Christmas single this year.
The 45-year-old is destined to grace radio-waves annually for years to come as a result of his famous 1984 hit Last Christmas with Wham!
Now Michael has confirmed that he will attempt to rival his own classic this year.
The singer made the revelation during the first of his final two concerts at Earls Court on Sunday night.
He said that the festive track will be released alongside a cover of Nina Simone's Feeling Good and will be available from Christmas Day.
Michael is currently playing the last of his shows in his two-year 25 Live Tour, which marks the end of his touring musical career.
Playing hits including Fastlove, I'm Your Man and Father Figure at Earl's Court on Sunday, the singer said: "It's great to be home I have to tell you."
He will play his final concert in Copenhagen on Saturday.
