A range of over sixty items made, not only in the designers studio but also by three other manufacturers, provides a rich source of new discoveries whose values range from highly priced rarities to relatively inexpensive, popular items. The bulk of the production was made by Carlton Ware, sold world-wide over fifteen years. There is always a chance of finding a bargain. An illustrated design list, laid out in chronological order, describes each member of the range and is followed by a guide to identification, colour ways, and makers' marks. It tells a fascinating tale of probably the last, truly interesting, eccentric phenomena of the now defunct Staffordshire pottery industry.
